Paul believes strongly that you never truly experience a piece of artwork until you have lived with it. He appreciates that buying online can be slightly daunting, therefore he offers a 14-day Money Back Guarantee.

Buy from him, live with your chosen artwork for two weeks and if you are not entirely happy, return it to him in the same condition it arrived, and you will be fully refunded for the artwork.

He wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so this is why he has a no questions asked return policy. You can return the artwork within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, he advises you to opt for a signed for delivery service. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time.
Also, it is advised that the packaging the artwork is delivered in should be retained until you have made your decision as to whether you keep it or not. It is your responsibility to return any artworks correctly and safely packaged.
Returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery will not be accepted. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please be aware that commissions cannot be returned.
