this painting is inspired by the Dolmen stone at Ballina County Mayo. There you will find holes and the remnants of ancient rock art.	this painting was inspired by a song by the singer songwriter Clifford T Ward. I was commissioned to produce 2 xmas card designs based on his music back in 2007.
I painted this in 2012 for the anniversary of the sinking of the 'Titanic'. This is my take on it leaving Ireland prior to its tragic sinking and huge loss of life.
